“ Wake up, meditate for 10 minutes. Then I’ll get at least 40 minutes of high-intensity interval training or light weight training in. This is the only time I get to myself during the day so it’s critical to center myself and focus on energy.”

“Emails, Slacks, calls and touching base with our team. I manage our entire eCom business, along with the marketing, content and brand side of things while my brother Ayan manages the brick and mortar operations.”

“Head to either our Nolita or East Village cafes to check in with my brother and gauge what projects need priority. This could be designing new A-Frames, grabbing content for TikTok, discussing operational improvements or digging into our P&L.”
