In 2019, Broad Street Oyster Company, which started as a mobile catering pop-up, opened its flagship location in Malibu, California. There has been widespread acclaim for the brand’s retro surfy-rockabilly vibes and premium seafood specialties, such as its world-famous lobster roll topped with sea urchin and caviar. Since then, the concept has added locations in Downtown Los Angeles at the iconic Grand Central Market and Santa Barbara. Broad Street Oyster Company is on track to open in San Francisco's Ghirardelli Square later this year with their newest location on Huntington Beach Pier opening this summer.
